Registration will begin at 8:30 am for all Pre-premier dancers. Dancing will begin at 9:00 am.
Registration for Premier and Intermediate dancers will begin at 10:45 a.m.; dancing will begin in the afternoon around 12:30 pm.
Premier dancers should choose either Premier or Restricted Premier. These competitions will be running at the same time.
Details
- Competition will follow RSOBHD rules. $1 of each dancer's entry fee goes to SE ScotDance USA.
- Dancers must show 2024 ScotDance USA registration card.
- Trophy for most points in each class, except Primary. Cash awards for oldest premier section.
- Premier Dancer of the Day on aggregate points if 6 in every group; otherwise dance off of first place winners.
- Most Promising Beginner and Spirit of the Dance Trophies will be awarded.
- Age groups will be divided according to entries received. Age is computed as of March 23, 2024.
- Due date for entries is March 15, 2024. Entries received after February 16 may not be listed in the program.
- Schedule of events will be determined based on entries and will be sent to participants prior to competition.
- It is the dancer’s responsibility to abide by the Three-Month Rule (may not have taken any classes, Skype lessons, workshops, etc. with the judges) for the event.
